FROM GRAPHICSQUICK.COM, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW

The
72 hour guarantee applies to most of our standard minisite
and ecover services only.
Your
graphics will be ready for your review in 72 hours or
less from receipt of your deposit or your next package
of equal or lesser value is free.
Some
conditions, services, and special requests will be exempt
from this guarantee including (but not limited to) the
following:
- Order
Flow on Red or Yellow (See homepage)
- Large
Package Orders Where Noted
- More
Than One Pending Project Per Customer
- Some
Custom (non-package) Orders
- Specifying
your Designer
- Add-Ons
to Existing Orders (Adding services to your order
is ok, but it may take longer)
- Revisions
- Technical
Problems Out Of Our Control
Other
Exemptions: We reserve the right to withhold the
guarantee for other reasons not included above but if
that is the case you will be informed before you
make your deposit. If you are unsure, please contact
us for clarification.
Revisions
are limited based on services provided.
We
DO NOT provide services for adult oriented or
otherwise considered "mature content" or casino/gambling,
or health related websites. We also reserve the right
to refuse any quote request we feel violates these terms
for any reason.

USERS OF
OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND WEB SITE ARE ADVISED TO DO
THEIR OWN DUE DILIGENCE WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING BUSINESS
DECISIONS AND ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES
THAT HAVE BEEN PROVIDED SHOULD BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED
BY YOUR OWN QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. OUR INFORMATION,

Photoshop
Source File Info:
GraphicsQuick charges an extra
fee of $150 for the delivery of and transfer of copyright
to the .psd source files for all projects - no exceptions.
Please be sure to let us know in advance if you will
be requesting the source files for your project so that
we can provide you with an appropriate quote upfront.
Unfortunately
our previously relaxed stance on this matter has resulted
in other designers being given access to proprietary
styles and methods and in some cases has resulted in
"competition" taking credit in their portfolios
for designs and concepts we had originally produced.
For this reason, we are forced to adopt the strict policy
above with no exceptions.
Providing
PSD source files also presents image licensing issues,
therefore if the PSDs are going to be given away for
any reason all stock images used must be flattened prior
to delivery according to the licensing terms of the
stock photo house(s) used.
Also, a
quick reminder - if you will be distributing source
files for PLR or any other reason, please let us know
in advance so we can be sure to select and deliver images
that allow this type of licensing. Not all stock photos
and not all stock image companies permit redistribution
in this matter under standard image licensing terms,
therefore we must be very careful to select from those
that do to prevent any problems. This is due diligence
to protect you as our client and us as the designer.
